What is The Ordinary's shipping policy?

The Ordinary uses different courier companies depending on the destination, so the shipping time may vary. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from them with a tracking number for each order along with a tracking link. They try to get the order as soon as possible and in most cases it will be completed within 2-4 business days. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

What methods of payment does The Ordinary accept?

The Ordinary accepts all major credit cards. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer. They also accept PayPal and credit card gift cards. Credit card gift cards can only be redeemed for orders that are less than the amount available on the credit card gift card. They do not accept online payments from digital banking apps like Revolut, Monzo, etc.

Can I cancel or change my order in The Ordinary?

The Ordinary kindly ask you to check your order carefully before placing an order to ensure that all the information and content of your order are correct. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you want to cancel your order, most orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order and within their service hours.
