What is the cancellation policy of Flibco?

Reservations at Flibco are non-changeable, and the circumstances under which you may cancel your reservation are as follows: at least 24 hours prior to the start of the service, in which case you will receive a full refund; between 12 and 24 hours prior to the start of the service, you will receive a 50% refund in the form of a credit note; and less than twelve hours prior to the start of the service, you will not receive a refund.

How many bags does Flibco allow me to bring?

Each passenger of the Flibco is allowed to check in two bags (maximum weight of 25 kg and 10 kg) and one carry-on bag in the trunk of the automobile. No matter the size or weight, all wheeled luggage needs to be checked in. Precious belongings, such as cash, jewelry, precious metals, and so on, as well as breakable goods, should be carried by the traveler and visible at all times.

Does Flibco offer free tickets for children?

Yes. You can reserve a free ticket for a child under the age of four for every adult ticket you buy at Flibco. Please check the "Children" option if appropriate when choosing the number of travelers during the booking procedure. The words "Adult and Child" will appear on your ticket, which will also enable you to take a seat.

Does Flibco have a discount for new customer?
