Orders usually take 3 business days from order date to shipment at ESalon. Free Shipping will automatically be applied to any one-time or Autoship orders with a subtotal of $42 or more. Rush Processing is an in-house service that fast-tracks the processing of your order so your colorist will review and prepare your hair color order before anyone else.

Does ESalon have discount?

Whether you want hair dye, hair care products, or both, you can add what you want to your plan and schedule it when you need it at ESalon. With the plan, your favorite items will be automatically delivered to your door for 20% off the regular price. Feel free to add, skip or cancel any item in the plan and adjust the frequency at any time.

What are payment methods at ESalon?

ESalon accepts many kinds of payment methods when you pay your order, such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. All purchases must be authorized by the bank before processing and only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept Cash on Delivery, PayPal, personal checks or money orders as a form of payment.
