Can I cancel or change my order in Viki?

After you cancel your subscription, you will still receive benefits for the remainder of the time you have paid. Subscribing through Viki's website, canceling your subscription during the trial period will terminate your subscription immediately. With iTunes, Google Play and Roku subscriptions, after canceling your trial, your benefits can continue to be used for the remainder of the 7-day period.

What methods of payment does Viki accept?

Viki's website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club debit and credit cards. They also accept prepaid and gift cards from all the credit card companies mentioned above. Their premium cards can no longer be redeemed on their website. If you still have an unredeemed gift code, please contact their help center directly for assistance.
