What methods of payment does ESN accept?

ESN specifies delivery via PayPal, cash on delivery or one of the payment methods offered by Shopify Payments. Does ESN have a delivery policy?

ESN will add €3.60 for cash on delivery, regardless of the value of your order. Please note that the post office will charge a surcharge of EUR 2.00 for cash on delivery. If shipped outside of Germany, additional costs and import duties may be incurred in individual cases. This includes foreign exchange transaction costs (such as transfer fees and foreign exchange costs) or import duties or taxes on shipments outside the EU.

Does ESN have a money back guarantee?

ESN means that you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Before applying, you must contact the staff of the platform for consultation and complete the refund request. Once the platform receives your application, they will process it within 48 hours and return it to your account within 3 business days of approval.
