What is Dji's delivery policy?

For orders worth more than $149, Dji provides free shipping. Please fill in the consignee's real name, shipping address, and valid contact information when placing your order so they can ship it in a timely manner. When you place your order, the estimated shipping time for each product is displayed, and if your order contains multiple products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that takes the longest.

Does Dji offer warranty service?

Dji guarantees that each product you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with their published product information during the warranty period. The warranty period for the product begins from the date of delivery of the product, or 90 days after the shipping date shown on the product if you are unable to provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase.

Does Dji have a loyalty program?

You can earn your points by placing an order in Dji's online store. You can choose to use your earned points at checkout. If your available amount of points is less than the total amount of your order (excluding shipping), you can pay the difference using one of their payment methods.
